The library service is open to all members of the community, although our primary concern is the provision of information services to students and staff within Trinity Theological College.

Resources

Thom Bull 

     Books for loan - the strengths of the collection lie in the areas of biblical studies, church history, theology and ethics. It also includes significant

     numbers of books in other subject areas such as pastoral ministry, preaching, youth and missions. (There are approximately 18,750 titles)

     A database of e-Books called "CPT - the Digital Library of Classic Protestant Texts" which contains 1200 significant texts from the 16th and 17th

     centuries.

     Videos and audiocassettes.

     Reference materials - encyclopaedias, atlases, etc. (These are not for loan, but may be consulted in the library)

     Vertical File Collection (Pamphlets, photocopied articles, etc)

     The Bible Society of WA Library Collection (not for loan, but may be consulted on the library)

     Journals - There are approximately 45 titles in hard copy and over 300 electronic journals which may be accessed via the following online

          EBSCO Religion and Philosophy Collection

Within the library there is study space for thirty seven students, a group study area with seating for eight and word processing facilities.
Internet access is available in the library.

Opening Hours

The library is open Monday to Friday during office hours - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (for the general public) and till 9.00 pm for Trinity students.

Joining the Library

Full-time and part-time students join the library upon enrolment.
Members of the community can join the library for an annual fee of $35. You will need to bring some form of identification with you (driver's license, health care card, etc) which gives your current home address.

 Borrowing Limits

  • Full-time students may borrow up to 15 items for two weeks.
  • Part-time students may borrow up to 10 items for two weeks.
  • Audit students and all other members may borrow up to 5 items for two weeks.

 A second loan period is possible provided the item has not been reserved by another member.
