Who We Are
Trinity Theological College exists to “prepare people for effective Christian service.” Some 400 degree and diploma graduates now serve in churches or parachurch ministries in Australia and beyond. Our Certificate in Christian Studies (Trinity at Night and Trinity in Town) have benefitted over 4,000 people.
Trinity is an independent theological College within the evangelical and Reformed tradition. We treasure the person and work of God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit and acknowledge the inspiration and authority of the Bible in all matters of faith and conduct. Our training emphasises the gospel of Jesus Christ as the message of Scripture, theological integration, learning in community, and real-life ministry application. Who We Need
Trinity seeks an Office Assistant to run an efficient Front Desk. The Office Assistant is an essential part of the effective operation of the College, as they provide the necessary support to the various departments and especially to our students.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term position until 31 December 2026 (with the possibility of extension). The expected start date is mid-February 2026.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide effective support across all aspects of the College’s office administration. We seek an individual who demonstrates a servant-hearted attitude, and is skilled at multitasking, organisation, planning, and prioritisation.
An important part of the role is creating a good first impression of the College, and we want this to be a professional, welcoming, and helpful initial contact point for students, visitors, and contractors.
The Office Assistant interacts with all areas of the College and hence it is important for the successful candidate to be flexible, a good communicator, and able to work as part of a team.
We value those who can think creatively, however, initiative and streamlining of processes will be secondary to adhering to established procedures and working under direction. It is crucial that this person recognises the importance of performing routine administrative tasks and exhibits a proactive willingness to undertake the essential duties required to maintain an efficient office environment.
