Trinity seeks a Trinity Equip Coordinator for Trinity Equip, an unaccredited, two-year part-time training program run by women for women. The course is aimed at equipping them for volunteer ministry roles in their church or a parachurch organisation. Students attend eight weeks of classes each term, as well as conduct ministry in their context and meet with a mentor.
About the Role
We are searching for a woman to coordinate the Trinity Equip program and manage various groups of students, volunteers, and stakeholders. This will involve being on site at Trinity House (located in Leederville, WA) on Mondays during school terms while Trinity Equip classes are running (9:30am–1pm), as well as working flexible hours outside of class times to manage the coordination of the program.
This management involves chairing a Steering Committee that provides direction for the program and its curriculum. It also involves recruiting and overseeing teachers and mentors, as well as managing student applications, enrolments, and communications with the assistance of support staff. The logistics of the course each term are managed by the Events and Certificates Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have a vision and passion to see Christian women in Western Australia better equipped to serve Jesus in their volunteer ministry roles and to help them grow in their confidence to do so. She will have a theology or ministry degree and have experience in Word-based ministry (voluntary or paid).
