This event has been rescheduled to 2021 – details to be advised.
Change is a constant in ministry. We are always seeking to bring about spiritual growth (change) in peoples lives and frequently need to bring about change in the structures of our ministry, whether it’s concluding something, starting something new or just reorganising how we run a particular ministry. So how can we effectively introduce change? How do we bring our people with us as we seek to bring about change? Peter and Kirsty will cover this and more at this day-long workshop specifically aimed for people serving our Lord in ministry. This is a workshop, so we ask that you bring your ‘change’ with you so that you can apply ideas, use templates and develop your plans throughout the course of the day.
After 21 years in various team and company leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Peter shifted his focus in 2012 to supporting Christian ministers and churches as they strive to serve our Lord more effectively in his mission. Peter leverages his experience in leadership, organisational management and training to consult, coach and train pastors as they seek to be more effective in their implementation. This involves working with ministers one to one and in groups, consulting to churches, facilitating workshops and training both clergy and lay groups.
